We are pleased to announce that Battery Cluster Portugal has been officially recognized as one of the four new Competitiveness Clusters for the 2024-2030 period, as stated in Dispatch No. 2784\/2025<\/a>, published in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n

A Competitiveness Cluster<\/em> is a platform that aggregates knowledge and expertise, consisting of partnerships and networks that integrate business, business associations, public entities, and relevant support institutions. These include, notably, non-business entities from the research and innovation system. The main goal is to promote a common strategic vision, enhancing cooperation and economies of agglomeration to achieve higher competitive capacity levels with a direct impact on the national economy. <\/p>\n

This recognition strengthens our commitment to innovation and excellence in the battery and energy storage sector. As a Competitiveness Cluster, we will continue to foster collaboration among business, research institutions, and government entities, driving sustainable development and consolidating Portugal’s role in the global energy landscape. <\/p>\n

We would like to thank all our partners and members for their support and dedication, which made this achievement possible. We will continue working hard to foster competitiveness and innovation in the sector, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient energy future. <\/p>\n
