Battery Cluster Portugal attended the 3rd Meeting of the Mobilising Agendas for Business Innovation, organised by IAPMEI and held at Europarque, in Santa Maria da Feira.
The event brought together representatives from the Mobilising Agendas funded under Portugal’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), public entities, companies, research organisations and higher education institutions. It provided a valuable opportunity to showcase project achievements, present innovative products, processes and services, and discuss the future of this strategic initiative. The meeting also featured the participation of the Portuguese Minister for Economy and Territorial Cohesion, Manuel Castro Almeida, and the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Rui Ferreira.
In addition to the conference sessions, participants visited the exhibition area, where several consortia presented the solutions developed within their projects, highlighting the contribution of the Mobilising Agendas to innovation, industrial competitiveness, and the green and digital transition of the Portuguese economy.
Battery Cluster Portugal participated as a partner in the New Generation Storage (NGS) Mobilising Agenda, a project dedicated to strengthening Portugal’s battery and energy storage value chain. Within the project, the Cluster is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the NGS+ Platform, a one-stop-shop ecosystem that fosters collaboration between companies, research centres and universities while providing specialised services and infrastructures to support research, development and innovation activities.
By taking part in this event, Battery Cluster Portugal reaffirms its commitment to collaborative innovation and to strengthening a competitive, sustainable and future-oriented battery ecosystem in Portugal.
