Battery Cluster Portugal will take part in the Emprega-te! | 4ideas event, taking place on 29-30 October 2025 at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. Organised by 4iTec Lusitânia in partnership with the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, the event brings together students, researchers, companies, and institutions to explore how innovation and technology are shaping the future.
Fernando Machado, General-Manager of Battery Cluster Portugal, will be a speaker at the round table “Modern Batteries – Innovation, Development and Application in the Automotive Industry”, scheduled for 29 October at 3:30 p.m.
Under the theme “What is Portugal’s role in the future of batteries and electric mobility?”, he will share a national strategic perspective on the sector’s development, highlighting competitiveness, synergies, and the energy transition.
4ideas is designed as a space for convergence between industry, academia, and startups, featuring lectures, round tables, and practical workshops on topics such as artificial intelligence, networked innovation, and technological sustainability.
