The Battery Cluster Portugal is pleased to announce the addition of two new members: Aralab and Data CoLab. Their integration strengthens the Cluster’s representativeness and innovation capacity, consolidating its mission to promote cooperation between companies, research centers, and institutions in the development of the battery value chain in Portugal.
Founded in 1985, Aralab is a Portuguese company specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-precision climatic and environment chambers. With solutios applied in sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, the automotive industry, and scientific research, Aralab is recognized for its capacity for innovation and its international presence. Its equipment enables the simulation of rigorous environmental conditions, supporting research, testing, and production processes across various high-tech industries.
Data Colab is a collaborative laboratory dedicated to data science and artificial intelligence. Its activity focuses on creating digital solutions that foster innovation and knowledge transfer between universities, companies, and society. It operated in strategic areas such as energy, health, mobility, and sustainability, development analytical tools and predictive models that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation across sectors.
By joining the Battery Cluster, both Aralab and Data CoLab will benefit from a privileged platform for integration with other industry stakeholders, participating in initiatives and collaborative projects that contribute to the strengthening and compatitiveness of the battery value chain in Portugal.
